It starts with the Energetic Analysis, in order to design a personalized soundtherapy protocol which can include Tibetan bowls massage, Sound-acupuncture, Nada techniques and Shamanic practices, finalized to restore the innate ability to heal the self. Discover new tools to rebalance.

The idea is to explore ancient vibrational healing traditions with a contemporary approach, creating a sacred timeless space where vibration is experienced and acknowledged on different levels.

*AUM GARDEN is a holistic project with the aim of spreading sonic awareness, created by the singer/vocal performer, vibrational counselor and sound therapist Federica Parente (a.k.a. Florä Päär /Pareal), part of Accademia di Medicina Vibrazionale of Milan and UK Vibroacoustic Association in London.
Inspired by Vibroacoustic Therapy principles, Chinese Medicine fundamentals, Vedic and Tibetan traditions and Transcultural Shamanism practices, Aum Garden project finds its expression in a spontaneous approach to ancient vibrational practices framed in a contemporary ambient sonic imaginary. The combination of meditation and sound bath introduces the listeners to discover new practical tools to improve spiritual and physical rebalance through conscious listening and sound-journeying.
