Pareal (aka Flora Päär) is a Vocal/Sound Performer, Vibrational Counselor and Sound Therapist, scholar of Accademia di Medicina Vibrazionale of Milan and UK Vibroacoustic Association in London, founder of the Aum Garden Project, a platform with the aim of spreading sound vibrational awareness through therapy, workshops, meditations, installations and multi-sensorial experiences.
Blending intuitive chants with ambient drones, experimental ambient sub layers and organic / hypnotic textures of trancing and evocative soundscapes, Pareal´s live act invites the listeners to consciously experience the impact of sounds waves and timbres on our bodies and stimulates the perception of subtle energy fields.
Blessed by the chance to bound in soundwork with eclectic artists of the electronic/techno music scene, (Acrartep, Synthek, Altrd Being, Simone Gatto, Orbite/Exomars, Marco Bruno, Aseret, Keyclef, Tobias Freund, Max Loderbauer), where appears also as its alter-ego "Pareal" and to collaborate with chilean visual designer Valentina Berthelon for several A/V installations and live performances.
The constant research of the encoded vibrational signature of natural elements and movements and its resonance with our biological functions and emotional states, offers to the audience a tool for introspection and self-awareness, where the recognition of the sonic structure of reality becomes a form of devotional activism.

Founder of the Aum Garden project, aimed to spread sonic awareness.
Combining Vibrational Medicine and Sound Therapy fundamentals with Chinese Medicine and Nada Yoga Techniques, Aum Garden finds its expression in a spontaneous approach to ancient vibrational practices framed in a contemporary ambient sonic imaginary. Through music and performance art, it creates a safe and sacred space for the audience to explore their innermost thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Performances are not simply entertainment, but are designed to be a transformative experience, where the audience is encouraged to explore introspection, interconnectedness of all things and a deeper understanding of the subconscious mind.
